All in all decent hotel for the price the biggest problem is no breakfast

The hallways are dated and a bit dreary. Housekeeping is hit or miss, some cleanings are awesome others seem like they just come in and make the bed (I'm not very messy and clean my room often on my own so perhaps its my over perception).The laundry room is tiny but free. Gym is adequate. I don't have any issues with the way the room looks or is situated. The full size fridge and 2 burner stove top are enough for daily meals and a plus. Where this hotel really wins is room size by comparison to neighboring hotels, it doesn't feel cramped which is a bonus for an extended stay situation. The Staff is also a plus and are very helpful and friendly and willing to address any matters quickly regardless of how minor the situation. It's also conveniently located to stores and Shaw AFB. Overall its not 5 star by any means but i would stay here again for the Staff and size of the rooms alone. Overall a pleasant experience.

Better than their sister ING motel " the True". Everything was standard. The Company needs to access each room for functionality ever so often. Burnout lights, shampoo empty,refrigerator door swinging wrong way conflicting with the natural flow of working in kitchen, grass not.mowed until it's a foot tall. Trash outside remaining in same.place for 3 weeks running. Luggage dolly's with shredded.tires, mold in a previous room that just got painted over and rented the same night!!! Bad enough the the whole industry doesn't clean rooms for a.week at a time , you have to run down towels etc. But if you can tolerate the industry shortcomings, you would say it's okay.

Nice hotel. As others will say, there isn't a breakfast or social hour. But this is a suite style with kitchen. Microwave, coffee, couple burners, and a full sized refrigerator. Gym has working machines, a two post, and up to 50lb dumbells. Besides, there are three restaurants within walking distance. My room was clean, bed in good shape. Easy drive to Shaw.

My stay at Candlewood Suites has been a very good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable for extended stay. Just like living in a small apartment. I really like the kitchenette. There is a full size fridge, microwave, stove top, dish washer, and they also have crockpots and other means of cooking. They also provide pots, pans, dishes, etc... A nice place to stay if you're spending log periods of time away from home.

She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and that I had all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and services. Kaitlynn's exceptional customer service truly set the tone for my entire stay.The hotel itself was in impeccable condition. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and safety, which is especially important in these times.The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.In summary, my stay at Candlewood Suites was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. Kaitlynn and her staff, are true assets to the hotel, and I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

VERY clean. Nice, new rooms and amenities. Dog friendly. Comfortable. We will be making this our home away from home from now on when we come to visit family.
